Transparency International Malaysia (TI-M) is pleased to share and support the Public Hearing Session (National Town Hall) on the Freedom of Information Law 2026, organised by the Special Committee on the Freedom of Information Law (JKPK), BHEUU, JPM.
The session provides an important platform for the public and various stakeholders to share their views on how access to information can strengthen transparency, accountability and good governance in Malaysia.
We encourage members of the public, civil society organisations, academia, legal practitioners, industry representatives, media, students and other interested parties to participate and contribute their perspectives towards developing a practical and effective Freedom of Information framework for Malaysia.
